Our mission is:

to cultivate connections through sustainable organic farming, experiential education, and innovative research.

White Feather Farm (WFF) is a 66-acre organic farm and educational center in New York's Hudson Valley dedicated to cultivating connections through sustainable agriculture, experiential education, and innovative research. This strategic plan outlines our vision and goals for 2025-2027 as we work to address critical issues of climate change, food insecurity, and disconnection from nature.

Our Vision:

We aim to be a regional leader and resource for integrating farming, sustainability, wellness, and the arts.

Our Focus Areas:

● Sustainable Agriculture & Ecological Stewardship

● Research & Innovation

● Experiential Education & Inclusivity

● Community Connection & Wellbeing

● Arts & Culture

We believe that there are ways to farm that accomplish more than simply growing and selling food, and there are ways of creating that go far beyond just making and selling work.

Our deeper impact and innovation will come through creating an organization that seeks crucial opportunities to connect and build with people of vastly diverse lived experiences. We also acknowledge that in these spaces there are many voices that have been systematically marginalized. Our approach is to seek out and support these voices and offer access to our resources.
