The Woodstock Film Festival and White Feather Farm Presents a musical reading of Parking Spot: The Musical!.
Please join us for a live reading of Parking Spot: The Musical!, a story about a group of neighbors fighting over the one free parking spot on their block. With catchy songs, over-the-top rivalries, this high-energy musical explores themes of community, competition, and the lengths we go for a little bit of space.
The book and lyrics are written by Louis Armistead. Music is by Dash Hammerstein and Erick Eiser.

Louis Armistead is a filmmaker and freestyle rapper based in the Hudson Valley & NYC. He has worked as a union assistant editor on a number of scripted projects including A Real Pain directed by Jesse Eisenberg, The Good Liar, directed by Bill Condon, the Aretha Franklin biopic, Respect, and AMC’s The Walking Dead: Dead City. As a freestyle rapper, he has performed with the acclaimed group Freestyle+ and has taught for Freestyle Love Supreme Academy, founded by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Thomas Kail. He was also a mainstay at the long-running show, Battlicious at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater.
Dash Hammerstein is a composer and music director based in Brooklyn, NY. His music has been featured in shows like HBO's High Maintenance and commercials for brands like Polo and Glossier. He has worked on the scores for many features and shows, including Hulu's Pretty Baby, Apple TV's The Supermodels and Netflix's Keep Sweet. As a music director he has worked with Matt Stone and Trey Parker, as well as bands like Primus and Ween.
Erick Eiser is a songwriter and composer from Los Angeles, CA. He has spent most of his musical life touring and writing songs for his songwriting project Hornsbee. Most recently Erick has written and produced an album with the late comedian, Louis Anderson, and film composer, Emile Mosseri. In film he has been a part of Miranda July's Kajillionaire and Jesse Eisenberg's When You Finish Saving the World and A Real Pain.
Lyndsey Armistead is a designer and producer based in the Hudson Valley & NYC. She spent the first 12 years of her career as a product & project manager for media companies including Viacom and WarnerBros Discovery, and she has seamlessly pivoted into design and production, including serving as Director of Guest Relations for the Woodstock Film Festival. As Parking Spot: The Musical! quickly gained traction, she hopped on board as a producer, utilizing her previous skillset managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
