SoundWaves at White Feather Farm in Saugerties, NY An eclectic series of musical discovery
Soundwaves at White Feather Farm is a series of extraordinary music from around the world - and around the corner. The series aims to promote artistic and cultural expressions that transcend traditional boundaries and strengthen and build community in the Hudson Valley through genre-defying music for curious listeners.
Martha Redbone is a Cherokee-Choctaw and African-American singer-songwriter, composer and educator known for her unique gumbo of folk, blues, and gospel fused with elements of traditional Native American music from her childhood in Harlan County, Kentucky, and infused with the eclectic grit of pre-gentrified Brooklyn.
